How it works

From registration to felicitation

  1. School registration

    A coordinator applies with the school name, district, affiliation, and contact details.

  2. Student registration

    After verification, add students by CSV, Excel, or by hand. Pay once for the batch.

  3. Examination

    Students write the two-layer, offline, pen-and-paper OMR examination.

  4. Results

    Results follow the JSTE evaluation and qualification process. They are not shown until they are frozen.

  5. Scholarship

    25 scholarships in every class — 175 across Classes III–IX, subject to the published criteria.

  6. Felicitation

    Recognised students are celebrated. Scholarships are paid on the official felicitation date, subject to verification.

For the school office

Two layers. 175 scholarships. One bill.

One bill per school

Pay once for the whole list. No collecting fees from parents, student by student. The applicable fee covers both layers.

Two-layer examination

Every eligible registered student writes Layer 1. Only those who qualify write Layer 2. There is no separate Layer 2 fee.

175 class-wise scholarships

25 scholarships in every class from III to IX. Recognition is earned within the class.
